Tres has designed and manufactured its tapware in Barcelona since 1968. Brass is hot-forged and machined in the company's own plant, and finishes are developed in-house, from REACH and RoHS compliant trivalent chrome to Tres's PBT® multilayer coatings.

Open any tap and choose its finish: the photo, order code, price and warranty all update to match. Not every model is made in every finish.
PBT® finishes. Black bronze, Volcanic, Golden Cava and Graphite use Tres's PBT® (Protection Brushed Technology), a multilayer industrial coating built for heavy daily use. Along with chrome, they carry the extended 5-year warranty.
Chrome. Tres chrome is trivalent chrome: REACH and RoHS compliant, with strong resistance to corrosion and wear.

Every Tres product is guaranteed against structural, material and manufacturing defects for 3 years from the invoice date.
3 years, without the extension
- Other special finishes: Matte black (NM), Matte white (BM), Steel (AC), Metallic black (KM), Matt aged brass (LM), Gold 24k (OR), Matte gold 24k (OM) and Matt rose gold 24k (OPM).
- Electronic tapware, except Shower Technology products.
- Shower columns and self-closing (timed) cartridges.
- Accessories and fittings such as hoses, hand showers, shower heads, brackets and stop valves.
- Consumables such as filters, gaskets and aerators.
Keeping the warranty valid
- Keep your receipt showing the purchase date and the authorised distributor.
- Install, use, clean and maintain the product as described in the Tres manual supplied with it.
- Not covered: damage from transport or installation, non-original parts or tampering, normal wear of wear parts, aggressive chemicals or cleaners, excess limescale or ice, and extremes of pressure or temperature.
- Report a missing component within 30 days of purchase.

Recommended dynamic pressure, measured with the tap running.
Tres recommends a dynamic pressure of 2 to 3 bar for its tapware. Dynamic pressure is measured with the tap running, so it reads lower than the static pressure you see with everything turned off.

What it means for your installation
- Where Tres quotes a flow rate at a test pressure (for example 13 l/min at 3 bar), it appears on that product's specification.
- Basin mixers list their aerator flow, typically 4.7 to 5.7 l/min.
- Thermostatic cartridges hold the set temperature to about ±1 °C when supply pressure or temperature changes.
- On low-pressure gravity systems, check the flow before choosing a thermostatic or multi-outlet shower. Ask us if you are unsure.
- Very high or fluctuating mains pressure can damage cartridges and isn't covered by the warranty. Fit a pressure-reducing valve where needed.

Choose your tank.
Every Quooker tap is sold as a system with its tank. Prices on each tap include the tank you choose. Not sure? With no hot-water supply choose COMBI; if hot water is slow to arrive, COMBI+; otherwise PRO3.
Chilled, sparkling and filtered.
Add the CUBE to pour filtered chilled and sparkling water from Flex, Fusion, Front or Classic Fusion taps, or the Cold Water Filter for filtered drinking water. In hard-water areas, add the Scale Control R.

Matching accessories. The Nordic soap dispenser is made in seven of the eight finishes, so it can match your tap exactly.
Spout shapes. Most designs come with a Round or Square spout. Nickel is available on Round spouts only.

All Quooker products come with a two-year manufacturer warranty: taps, tanks, the CUBE and accessories.
Keeping the warranty valid
- Keep your receipt showing the purchase date and where you bought it.
- Have the system installed as described in Quooker's installation instructions.
- Make sure your mains pressure is within the range below. Fit a pressure-reducing valve if it is higher.
- If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll arrange support with Quooker.

Quooker tanks need a mains pressure of at least 2 bar and no more than 6 bar. The maximum working pressure is 8 bar.

What it means for your installation
- Below 2 bar, the tank won't work reliably. Ask us before ordering if you're on a low-pressure supply.
- Above 6 bar, fit a pressure-reducing valve before the tank.
- The CUBE needs a mains pressure of 2 to 4 bar.
- PRO3 holds 3 litres of boiling water; COMBI and COMBI+ hold 7 litres.
